The National Archives Application Development Team Develops And Maintains Web-Based Applications Offered To The National Archives Customers. The Application Development Team Consists Of An Agile Group Of Seven People Who Develop Applications For The Product Management Needs Of The National Archives. The National Archives Has Dozens Of Products Under Development Each Year, Which Are Managed By The National Archives Product Management And Product Owners. The Application Development Team Is Independently Responsible For The Technologies Used In The Products And The Selection Of Technologies. In Order To Facilitate Development Scheduling And Resourcing, The National Archives Acquires A Programming And Planning Service In This Call For Tenders, Which Enables The National Archives To Flexibly Involve The Bidders Personnel In The Various Phases Of The Application Development Work Taking Place At The National Archives. The People Of The Programming And Engineering Service Are Intended To Be Used For Planning, Programming, Testing And Documentation Of Existing And New Systems. The Amount Of Personnel Required For Programming And Engineering Service Work Is Variable. With The Contract Created By The Competition, Work Is Ordered From The Supplier On A Monthly Basis For 0-5 Person-Months.
