We Have Preliminarily Booked The Following Dates In The Calendars For Presentations: April 14 From 9:00 To 11:00 And April 15 From 9:00 To 11:00. Willing Participants Can Register For The Dialogue By Emailing [email protected] By April 10, 2026. Any Questions Related To The Market Dialogue Can Be Submitted Through The Offer Service. Participating Or Not Participating In The Market Dialogue Does Not In Any Way Affect The Bidders Position In A Possible Future Tender. The Market Dialogue Is Conducted In Finnish. All Discussions Presented In The Market Dialogue And Held During It Are Preliminary And Do Not Bind The City Of Oulainen. Participants In The Market Dialogue Are Not Compensated For Their Participation. This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But An Invitation To Market Dialogue. This Invitation Does Not Bind The Subscriber To The Purchase, The Actual Purchase Announcement May Be Published Later. A Decision On Starting A Possible Procurement Process Will Be Made Later.
