Supply Of Water With Potable Quality, Meeting The Quality Requirements Specified In Ordinance No. 9 Of 16.03.2001. For The Quality Of The Water Intended For Drinking And Domestic Purposes, Issued By The Minister Of Health, The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works And The Minister Of The Environment And Water, As Well As Waste Water Removal And Treatment. For A Period Of 36 Months, The Estimated Quantity Is 30,000.00 Cubic Meters. The Nature Of The Order Is Such That A Contract Should Be Concluded With A Company Possessing Exclusive Rights On The Territory Of Sofia, Acquired By Virtue Of A Law Or An Administrative Act, On Whose Territory Also Fall The Sites Of So District Nadezhda, Located In The City Of Sofia. In This Territory, The Order Can Be Executed Only By One Economic Operator To Whom Rights Have Been Granted By Law, Namely - Sofiiska Voda Jsc.
