(A) Of Directive 2014/24/Eu And The Conclusions Of The Feasibility Study, The Purchase Contract Will Include A Revision Clause Regarding The Possibility Of Supplementing With A Maximum Of 2 Electric Frames Of The Same Type According To Cs Requirements, The Same Technical Performance (Or Higher), The Same Contractual Conditions, Including The Same Delivery Term And The Same Supply Price Offered In The Winning Bid.
