Temporal Scope Of The Framework Contract: The Contract Is Established For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Its Signature By Both Parties, But Within That Period At Most Until The Framework Sum Is Exhausted. The Limit Amount Is Considered Exhausted If An Ad Hoc Order Cannot Be Issued Based On The Remaining Amount Of The Limit Amount. If The Limited Amount Is Not Used Up Within The Fixed Period Of 12 Months, The Bidder (Buyer) Is Entitled To Extend The Contract By A Maximum Of 6 Additional Months With A Unilateral, Written Legal Declaration. If The Limited Amount Is Not Used Up Even During The Extended Period, The Contract Will Be Terminated At The End Of The Extended Period Even Without A Separate Legal Declaration To This Effect By The Parties. The Contracting Authority Shall Inform The Winning Bidder Of The Extension In Writing At Least 30 Calendar Days Before The End Of The Original Deadline.
