Boiler Installations – Boiler Rental Market For The Leonard De Vinci Site 2026-2030. The Purpose Of These Specifications Is The Rental Of A Hot Water Production Boiler Room In A Container. The Leonardo Da Vinci Site Is Supplied With Heating Water From The Boiler Room Located In The Old Laundry. This Boiler Room Is Made Up Of Two Boilers Which Serve Lv Via A Round-Trip Pipeline With A Length Of Approximately 500 Meters. This Steel Pipe Was Made During The Construction Of The Leonardo Da Vinci Site, It Has Already Presented Corrosion Problems Which Required The Complete Shutdown Of The Boiler Room For More Than 48 Hours. The Rental Boiler Room Will Aim To Guarantee The Operation Of The Heating In The Event Of A Problem Until The Construction Of A Boiler Room On The Léonard Site. The Contract Will Be Established For 24/7 Provision Of A 3Mw Boiler With Light Oil Burner For A Period Of Twenty-Four Months, Renewable Twice Per Twelve-Month Period. The Burner Will Be Mixed And Can Therefore Also Be Supplied With Natural Gas. Curative Maintenance Is Covered By This Contract (Parts, Labor And Travel Included). Preventive Maintenance Over The Entire Rental Period Will Be Carried Out Once A Year And Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Item On The Price List.
