In The Schools Of The City Of Lahti, Hobby And Club Activities Are Organized According To The Wishes Of The Students For Students In Grades 1–9. Hobby Activities Are Free And Voluntary For The Student. Hobby Activities Suitable For The Target Group Can Be Offered. During The Contract Period, Hobby Activities Are Acquired As Needed, According To The Wishes Of Children And Young People. The Procurement Concerns The Academic Year 2026–2027 (8/2026-6/2027). The Contract Can Be Extended During The Option Period Of One Academic Year (8/2027-6/2028), The Option Will Be Decided Separately. The Person Implementing The Activity Is Paid 50 – 60 Euros / Hour (Vat 0%). The Final Price Is Defined Per Group In The Contract. Basically, The Activity Is Paid 50 Euros/Hour. 60 Euros/Hour Can Be Paid At A Separate Discretion, For Example For Activities Carried Out In The Nastola Area, When The Person Carrying Out The Activity Comes From Elsewhere. At A Separate Discretion, Reasonable Material Costs Can Be Paid. Travel Expenses Are Not Paid To The Executor. The Purchasing Service Activities Are Mainly Directed To The Implementation Of The Harrastaminen Lahti Model And In Some Cases To The Implementation Of Another Project, School Club Activities. Both Activities Are Based On The Wishes Of The Students, High-Quality Activities That Support Their Growth. The Activity Of The Lahti Model Of Hobbies Must Be A Regular Hobby Activity Lasting The Whole School Year, Which Is Carried Out On The School Premises Or In Its Immediate Vicinity Before Or After The School Day. The Costs Of The Additional Resource Are Agreed Separately. The City Of Lahti Requires Group Instructors To Have Sufficient Pedagogical Skills As Instructors. To Guarantee Competence, The City Of Lahti Organizes Free Training For Instructors. Participation In Training Is Necessary If Competence Cannot Be Demonstrated Otherwise. Before The Operation Starts, In The Discussions Between The City Of Lahti And The Service Provider, It Is Agreed On The Verification Of The Demonstration Of Competence And The Investigation Of The Required Criminal Background Check. Activities Are Purchased Within The Budget. Annually, Activities Are Purchased For A Total Of Approximately €125,000 - €150,000.
