The Tenderer Wishes To Enter Into A General Sales Contract Up To A Total Of Huf 400,000,000 Net. The Tenderer Undertakes To Place An Order For 70% Of The Total Amount (Net Huf 280,000,000). Based On The Needs Arising During The Duration Of The Contract, The Tenderer Is Entitled To Issue Ad Hoc Orders, Several At The Same Time, For Different Fulfillment Locations. At The Same Time, Taking Into Account The Ad Hoc Nature Of The Demands That Arise (Especially The Unpredictable Occurrence And Cost Of The Products Included In The Contract), The Purchasers Purchase Requirements Cannot Be Determined In Advance With Full Accuracy. The Tenderer Established His Procurement Demand By Pre-Determining The Highest Expected Procurement Quantity Expected During The Duration Of The Contract, From Which The Actual Quantitative Use May Differ - In View Of The Specific Needs Arising During The Duration Of The Contract. The Bidder Is Obliged To Prove The Compliance Of The Product With The Technical Conditions By Submitting A Technical Data Sheet, From Which Compliance With All The Conditions Contained In The Technical Description Can Be Clearly Established.
