Internet Services - For Kav Ors. Providing Network Access. The Technical Content Of The Offer Is To Provide Kav With Redundant Internet Access At 36 Branches According To The Following Parameters. Network Topology Characteristics Of The Network Topology Design: • Properties At Addresses In The Kav Branch List Are The Locations Of Data Connection Endpoints Based On Open Internet Access To Be Established, • Public Internet Endpoints Must Consist Of Two Independent, Redundant Internet Lines, • Branch Internet Lines Must Be Aggregated To Bix (Budapest Internet Exchange). Establishing Redundancy The Requirements For Each Branch Are As Follows • Provision Of An Internet Main Line With The Required Bandwidth, Symmetrically (Both Download And Upload Must Have The Same Bandwidth), Except For Those Branches In Which The Infrastructure Construction Works Are Limited By Monument Protection Regulations, In Which Case Asymmetric Operation Can Be Accepted In Such A Way That The Upstream Cannot Be Less Than 50% Of The Downstream, • Main Line Latency (Avg) < 20 Ms • Main Line Jitter (Avg) < 1 Ms • Main Line Packet Loss < 0.1% • The Internet Main Line Must Be Capable Of Increasing The Required Bandwidth By 100% By Replacing The Device Within A Maximum Of 60 Days, • Providing An Internet Backup Line In The Required Bandwidth, Symmetrically (Both Download And Upload Must Have The Same Bandwidth), Except For Branches That In The Case Of The Construction Works Of The Infrastructure Are Limited By Monument Protection Regulations, In This Case Asymmetric Operation Is Acceptable, • Backup Line Latency (Avg) < 20 Ms • Backup Line Jitter (Avg) < 5 Ms • Backup Packet Loss < 0.1% • A Fail-Over Device Must Be Provided That Connects These Two Lines And, In The Default Case, On The Main Line, And In The Event Of Its Failure, By Immediate Transfer Via The Backup Line The Data Connection, • The Output Of The Fail-Over Device Is The Transfer Point Of The Service, Which Must Have A Public Ip Address, • Starting From The Output Of The Fail-Over Device, It Is Necessary To Create An Ip Tunnel, The Other End Of Which Is Set Up On The Bix Backbone, Aggregated Per Branch, But The Endpoint Service Is Open Internet Access, • The Main And Backup Lines Must Be Built On Different Physical Media Per Branch. If This Is Not Possible, In The Case Of Identical Physical Media, The Introduction Into The Building Should Take Place On A Physically Different Route. Branches In The Same Street, Side-By-Side Protective Pipes, Antennas Overlooking The Same Transmission Tower Are Not Considered Different Routes, With The Exception Of Those Branches In Which The Construction Of The Infrastructure Is Limited By Monument Protection Regulations, Or There Is No Alternative Service Available That Can Be Built Economically (E.G. Construction Of A Route Longer Than 500 Meters), In Which Case The Most Circumspect Solution Must Be Chosen. • In Terms Of Documentation, The Bidder
