Technical Computer Support Services – Technical Support, Consultations And Modifications Of The Financial And Accounting System. 1 The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes: 1.1 Provision Of Technical Support For The System By The Contractor For The Period Referred To In § 2 Section 2 Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; 1.2 The Contractors Implementation Of Consultations And Modifications To The System In The Amount Of Up To 1,500 Man-Hours, Based On Orders Received From The Ordering Party During The Period Referred To In § 2 Section 2 Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, To The Extent Referred To In § 1A Section 1 Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Option: 2.1 The Ordering Party Has The Option To Use The Option, Which Consists In Commissioning The Contractor To Carry Out Additional Consultations And Modifications To The System In The Amount Of Up To 750 Man-Hours Based On Orders Received From The Ordering Party During The Period Referred To In § 2 Section 3 Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2.2 The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Exercise The Option. Failure Of The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party. .2.3 The Ordering Party Will Decide To Use The Option In Accordance With Its Actual Needs. 2.4 The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor Of The Use Of The Option Electronically To His Address. 2.5 All Requirements Imposed On The Contractor In The Scope Of The Basic Order Remain In Force Also In The Event Of Execution Of The Option. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In The Draft Agreement (Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz).
