Refuse Disposal And Treatment - Plastic Disposal. The Subject Of Procurement Includes The Provision Of Waste Acceptance And Disposal Services - Plastic From Separately Collected Components Of Municipal Waste (Kb 20 01 39) - In The Estimated Amount Of 1,000 Tons Per Year, In Accordance With The Waste Management Act (Official Gazette 84/2021, 142/23) And In Accordance With The Required Conditions Specified In This Procurement Documentation. The Client Ensures The Loading And Delivery Of Waste Kb 20 01 39, In Bulk, On A Daily Basis, From Monday To Friday From 07:00 To 16:00 Hours, To The Offered Location Of The Bidder, And The Bidder Ensures The Acceptance And Disposal Of The Waste In Question, At Its Own Expense. The Client Can Partially Or Completely Suspend The Delivery Of Plastic Waste To The Tenderer If This Will Be A Consequence Of Changes In Valid Legal Provisions Binding On The Client Or Decisions Of Local Self-Government Units. The Client Will Independently Transport The Waste To The Bidders Location Using Its Own Machinery. The Bidder Undertakes To Perform The Service In Accordance With The Law On Waste Management, Related Regulations And Rules Of The Profession, And In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of This Procurement Documentation. The Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide A Waste Weighing Service At His Own Location, And After Weighing, To Hand Over A Weighing Certificate To The Customers Driver. Pickup And Weighing Services Must Be Included In The Total Price Of The Offer. The Scale Must Be Moderate (It Must Have A Certificate From The State Bureau Of Metrology). The Offeror Is Obliged To Certify The Accompanying Documentation On The Flow Of Waste To The Client, No Later Than Within 5 Working Days After Receiving The Accompanying Documentation From The Client. The Clients Responsibility For The Delivered Waste Ends After The Selected Bidder To Whom The Waste Was Delivered Takes Over The Waste In The Prescribed Manner And Certifies The Supporting Sheet Or Transport Document If The Waste Is Exported. A Copy Of The Accompanying Sheet Certified By The Customer And The Selected Provider Of Plastic Waste Disposal And The Original Documents From The Scale By The Authorized Business Entity Are Proof Of The Service. The Tenderer Who Disposes Of Plastic Waste Is Obliged To Handle The Received Plastic Waste In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law On Sustainable Waste Management (Official Gazette 84/2021, 142/23). Each Shipment Of Waste Must Be Accompanied By Legal Supporting Documentation, As A Result Of Which The Client Undertakes To Hand Over To The Executor A Properly Printed And Certified Waste Accompanying Sheet - Form Pl-O, All In Accordance With The Law On Sustainable Waste Management (Nn 94/13, 73/17, 14/19, 98/19) And By-Laws. The Customer Is Not Responsible For Possible Omissions Of The Offeror - Service Provider, Damages Caused To Third Parties.
