The Purpose Of This Procedure Is Technical Assistance Services From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works To Achieve The Investment Objective Road Infrastructure Rehabilitation On The Corridor: Cartier Tudor Vladimirescu - District 22 Decembrie 1989, Served By Public Transport - Tronson 1 The Main Activities Of The Contract Are The Following 1. Technical Assistance From The Designer Throughout The Execution Period Of The Works, But Also During The Guarantee Until The Final Reception Of The Works To Ensure The Execution Of The Works Both Qualitatively And Quantitatively; 2. The Provision Of Technical Assistance During The Implementation Of The Project, Which Consists In Checking The Conformity Of The Works Executed By The Contractor With The Design Documentation At Each Request Of The Site Manager And Compliance With The Control Program Developed By Him (The Designer), As Part Of The Technical Project; 3. Providing Technical Assistance As Appropriate, Regarding The Modification Of Any Part Of The Work For Its Proper Completion And/Or Proper Operation. Such Changes May Include Additions, Omissions, Substitutions, Changes In Quality, Quantity, Form, Position, Dimensions, Level, Characteristics And Changes In The Specific Sequence (Order Of Works), Method And Time Affected By Each Work; 4. Providing Technical Assistance For Various And Unforeseen Works; 5. Provision Of Technical Assistance For Partial Receptions, Reception At The End Of Works And Final Reception (After The Guarantee Period) Of The Investment Objective; 6. Participation In All The Determining Verification Phases And Whenever Requested By The Contracting Authority; 7. Current Monitoring Of Construction Behavior According To The Current Monitoring Instructions Contained In The Execution Projects; 8. Remediation (If Applicable Of Any Design Defects Observed/Determined During The Execution Period, Without Thereby Affecting The Value Of The Work And The Execution Term. 9. Monitoring The Application On The Site Of The Solutions Adopted By The Project, At Least 6 Hours A Day, During The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Works. 10. Establishing The Way To Treat The Defects That Appeared During The Execution, As Well As Monitoring The Application On The Site Site Of The Solutions Adopted By The Certified Project Inspectors; 11. The Resolution Of Non-Conformities And Inconsistencies Reported By The Certified Inspectors, Etc., To The Technical Solutions, If This Is Required; 12.
