Construction Work – Government Contract Involving The Appointment Of A Contractor For The Realization Of Sub-Projects Of The Mpi Oosterlo Campus Plan And Mpi Oosterlo Schools. These Selection Guidelines, Read Together With The Appendices, Provide An Explanation Of The Assignment, The Assignment Description And The Placement Procedure For Awarding The Assignment. This Placement Procedure Is Intended To Lead To The Conclusion Of A Construction Team Agreement And A Construction Agreement, With A Contractor Responsible For The Execution Of The Assignment, In Accordance With The Specifications And The Conditions Stated In The Specifications (As Subsequently Provided To The Selected Candidates). With These Selection Guidelines, The Contracting Authority Invites Interested Parties To Submit An Application For Participation For The Contract. The Selection Guidelines Contain Information Regarding The Manner In Which Applications For Participation Must Be Submitted. These Selection Guidelines Contain In Particular The Description Of The Course Of The Selection Phase For The Award Of The Assignment. The Selection Phase Concerns The First Phase Of The Placement Procedure, During Which Suitable Candidates Are Selected. In The Second Phase Of The Placement Procedure, I.E. The Award Phase, The Candidates Selected By The Contracting Authority Are Requested To Develop A Proposal For The Execution Of The Assignment And To Submit This In A Quotation For The Assignment. During The Award Phase, Negotiations May Take Place And - If Necessary After Optimization Of The Quotation - The Most Economically Advantageous Quotation Will Be Chosen. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Immediately Indicate The Most Economically Advantageous Quotation, Even Without Negotiations Or, If Necessary, After An Initial Optimization, And To Award The Order. The Selection Guidelines With All Associated Appendices Have Been Compiled With Care. If The Candidate Should Nevertheless Discover Any Ambiguities Or Imperfections, He Must Inform The Contracting Authority Of This In Writing In Accordance With Article 10 Of These Selection Guidelines. Any Ambiguities Or Imperfections Reported After This Period Will In Principle Not Be Taken Into Account When Assessing The Applications For Participation. By Submitting An Application For Participation, The Candidate Unconditionally Accepts The Procedure Set Out In These Selection Guidelines.
