The Construction Includes Expansion Of The Existing Dining Room With Associated Kitchen, Dimensioned For 1,650 Portions And A Total Of 511 Seats. The Assignment Also Includes Adaptation Of The Auditorium Unit So That It Can Function As An Independent And Rentable Unit. In Addition, A New Main Entrance Must Be Built As Well As Earthworks And Necessary Demolition Measures According To The Request Documents. The Project Is To Be Carried Out In Two Main Parts (Hd1 And Hd2) To Ensure The Businesss Possibility Of Internal Evacuation And Maintained Operations During The Construction Period.
