Technical Building-Inspection Services – Verifications And Regulatory Controls Of Building Installations In The Loire-Atlantique Department And Members Of The Order Group. Consultation Launched By A Group Of Orders. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. The Contract Defines The Conditions Of Execution Of The Services To Ensure A Mission Of Advice, Verifications And Periodic Controls In Matters Of Security, On All The Buildings Occupied And/Or Managed By The Department Of Loire-Atlantique, On Those Occupied By The Departmental Fire And Rescue Service Of Loire-Atlantique (Sdis 44) And On The Sites Managed By Envol 44. These Services Are Available As Follows: 1/ Recurring Services Within The Framework Of The Amount Annual Flat Rate: Regulatory Or Predictable Checks According To A Defined Schedule (Examples: Electrical Installations, Gas-Powered, Lightning Protection, Generators, Lifting Devices). 2/ One-Off Safety Assistance Services: - Additional Regulatory Checks Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Installations, Initial Checks, Compliance Checks, Five-Yearly Checks, Etc. - Monitoring And Management Of Observations Following The Completion Of Regulatory Verifications. - Coordination And Organization Relating To The Visits Of The Security Commissions For The Departmental Buildings Concerned; - Carrying Out Studies Linked To The Needs Of Health-Safety-Environmental Services (Asbestos, Radon, Lead, Indoor Air Quality, Etc.) And Linked To Work Spaces
