Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management Mission For The Energy Renovation Project Of The University Library At The Grandmont Site “Old Building”. The Project Aims At The Energy Renovation Of The University Library On The Grandmont Site “Old Building G” This Project Is Part Of The State-Region Plan Contract 2021-2027, In Order To Respond To The Strategic Renovation Challenges In Accordance With Tertiary Decree No. 2019-771 Of July 23, 2019 Which Sets The Conditions For Application Of This Measure. It Must Also Be Included In The Wood – Biosourced Charter To Which The University Of Tours Has Adhered. Through The Programming Of This Energy Renovation Operation Of The University Library On The Grandmont Site “Ancient G Building”, The University Of Tours Aims In Particular At The Following Objectives On The Works Covered By The Project: • Enclosed, Covered, Insulation: The University Of Tours Wishes To Use Bio-Sourced Materials For This Renovation; • Heating: Renovation Of Heating Systems; • Ventilation: The Installation Of Double Flow Ventilation, With Heat Recovery, Adapted To The Uses; • Lighting: Renovation Of Lighting Systems; • Renewable Energies: Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels For Individual Or Collective Self-Consumption, Etc.; • Gtc; • Beautification Work On The Areas Impacted By The Work On The Enclosure And Roof.
