Software Package And Information Systems – Extension Of The Existing Integrated Energy Resources Management System (Zszze) Wodociągi Słupsk With New Functionalities. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Implementation Of New Functionalities Of The Existing Energy Resources Management System (Zszze) In The Field Of Supervision, Control And Optimization Of The Operation Of Renewable Energy Sources. 2. The Functionalities Implemented As Part Of This Task Must Be Implemented, Fully Integrated And Based On The Existing Zszze System. This System Must Ensure The Possibility Of Further Development Of Infrastructure On The Part Of The Ordering Party, As Well As Cooperation With The Facilities Of The Members Of The Słupsk Bioenergy Cluster (Skb). The Existing Communication, Server And Application Infrastructure Of The System Must Be Used. The System Must Enable The Connection Of An Unlimited Number Of Objects. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of The Implementation Design, Including The Development Of A Pre-Implementation Analysis, Determination Of The Parameters Of Telemetry And Telemechanics Equipment To Be Provided By The Contractor, And The Logical And Technical Design Of The Implementation. 2) Delivery Of System Software And Supporting Software Together With 3) Granting Non-Exclusive Licenses Without Time And Territorial Limits And Providing Related Documentation. 4) Transfer Of Copyright To The Generated Source Code For Freely Programmable Devices Used As Part Of The Project. 5) System Expansion In The Ordering Partys Hardware And Software Environment. 6) Conducting Training For The Ordering Partys Staff. 7) Submission Of As-Built Documentation. 8) Granting A Guarantee And Warranty For The Implemented System For A Period Of 18 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. 9) During The Warranty Period: A) Adapting The System To Applicable Legal Provisions In The Event Of Their Changes, B) Submitting Monthly Reports On Incidents And Orders About The Technical Support Provided, About All Failures In The Functioning Of The System, About Corrections Made And About The Activities Performed By The Contractor In The Ordering Partys System During This Period. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Part Iii Of The Opz.
