The Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Halden Municipality Access To Qualified Providers Of Heavy Current Services For The Operation, Maintenance And Improvement Of The Municipality ́S Electrical Installations. The Contract Shall Contribute To Safe, Efficient And Regulatory Management Of Heavy Current Installations In The Municipality ́S Buildings And Technical Installations. Halden Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Contract With Up To Three Tenderers. The Call-Off Mechanisms For This Contract Are Described In The Chapter. 2Nd – 2.3Rd In This Document. The Tenderers Will Be Ranked In Order 1, 2 And 3. The Prices In The Tenderer ́S Completed Price Form Only Apply For Call-Offs Under Nok 75,000. The Suppliers Will Be Free To Offer Other Prices For Mini Competitions.
