Miscellaneous Health Services – Handling Medical Consultation Requirements (Ssb) And Vaccine Procurement In Hamburg. The Association Of Replacement Insurance Funds E.V. (Vdek), Represented By The Head Of The Hamburg State Representation, Acts As The Lead For The Health Insurance Companies And Health Insurance Associations In Hamburg: The Subject Of The Contractors Services Is The Processing Of Statutory Medical Consultation Requirements And Vaccine Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As Consultation Hours Requirements) In The Area Of The Hamburg Association Of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians From January 1, 2027. The Contractor Takes Over The Examination, Payment And Cost Allocation For The Client In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Agreement Contracted Medical Consultation Requirements In Hamburg. This Applies To All Prescriptions For Consultation Hours Required By The Contracted Doctors Participating In Statutory Medical Care In Hamburg For The Treatment Of The Groups Of People Named In The Agreement On The Statutory Medical Prescription For Consultation Hours, Which Are Issued With A Date From January 1, 2027. This Includes The Following Tasks - Acceptance, Checking, Archiving And Destroying Prescription Data Sets, Images And Prescription Sheets In Accordance With Section 300 Sgb V - Acceptance, Checking And Settling, Archiving And Destroying Invoices - Requesting Advance Payments On Expenses And Cost Allocation Of The Final Amounts - Managing Escrow Accounts - Payment Processing - Factual-Arithmetic Check, In Which The Prescription Sheets Are Checked With Regard To Possible Errors And Formal Errors -Pharmaceutical Testing, In Which Compliance With Legal And Contractual Regulations, As Well As The Detection Of Possible Errors When Asserting Complaints Resulting From The Testing Concepts And Processing Of Objections -Creation And Follow-Up Of Recourse Requests Against Doctors -Deduction And Correction Procedures With Automated Feedback Into The Payment Process -Processing Of Objections Against Retaxations And Implementation Of Deduction Management -Data Preparation -Data Deliveries To External Bodies -Individual Evaluations And Data Queries -Reporting Procedures For Vaccine Discounts In Accordance With Section 130A Paragraph 2 Sgb V -Technical Support -Binding Other Suppliers
