The Object Of The Contract Consists Of The Provision Of An Aircraft Service For Coordination And Observation Aimed At The Prevention And Defense Against Forest Fires During The Years 2026, 2027, 2028 And 2029. The Service Will Include The Following Missions: -Coordinate The Aerial Means Of Extinction In A Fire, In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Central Coordination Center For Forest Fires Of Galicia (Ccc) And Following The Orders And Guidelines Of The Person Responsible For The Technical Direction Of Extinction (Dte), Organizing The Entrances And Exits Of Said Means And Orienting Their Spatio-Temporal Distribution In The Vicinity Of The Fires To Guarantee Aerial Coverage And The Safety Of The Workers And Material Of The Fire Extinguishing Device. - Evaluate Large Fires Or Nearby Simultaneous Fires And Subsequently Inform The Ccc And The Person Responsible For The Technical Direction Of Extinction Of The Situation Or Incidents In The Evolution Of The Fire To Optimize The Distribution Of Aerial Means, As Well As Send Video And Still Images In Real Time In The Visible And Infrared Spectrum. - Measure Burned Surfaces. - Active Surveillance, When Provided By The Ccc, Of Forest Areas In Order To Detect Fires And Report Their Characteristics. -Locate Places Of High Fire Danger In Real Time In Fires That Are Difficult To Access. - Transport The Technical And/Or Managerial Staff Of The Department To Areas Affected By The Fires In Order To Observe The Evolution Of The Fire, As Well As The Person Responsible For The Technical Direction Of Extinction. To Do This, The Winning Company Will Provide The Legally Established Training. - Any Other Mission Related To The Prevention And Defense Against Forest Fires As Well As The Restoration Of Areas Affected By Forest Fires And Contemplated In The Approved Operation Of The Aircraft.
