The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 2 Years. Maximum Value Of Framework Agreement: 10,214,000 Lei Minimum Value Of Framework Agreement: 1,532,100 Lei Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 5,107,000 Lei. The Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 766,050 Lei. Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded: Minimum 1 Subsequent Contract In Each Year Of The Framework Agreement. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement As Well As The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Can Be Found As Appendices To The Award Documentation/Specifications. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify Subsequent Contracts According To Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016 Amended And Supplemented, Provided That These Changes Do Not Fall Within The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors. The Reason For The Changes:- -Status Change; - Meteorological Conditions; - Omitting/Adding Some Services From The Specifications; -Various Requirements Of Local/Central Authorities; -Adding/Changing Subcontractors. - Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority - If Necessary; - Extending The Duration Of Service; The Limits Of The Changes: - In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force; The Possibility Of Changes: In Order Not To Block The Provision Of Services And The Fulfillment Of The Object Of The Contract.
