The Aim Is To Simplify The Parking Process For Visitors, Patients And Employees Of The Cologne Clinics By Using A “Parking Space Digitization / Ticketless Free Flow Parking” System And At The Same Time Increase Operational Efficiency. The System In Question Is Based On The Automated Capture Of Vehicle License Plates Using Modern Camera Technology And Completely Dispenses With Physical Parking Tickets. Entry And Exit Must Be Barrier-Free, Without Barriers Or Manual Interaction, Which Should Ensure A Smooth Flow Of Traffic. Billing Is Carried Out Digitally Based On The Recorded Parking Duration. Beyond The Initial Fixed Term Of Five Years, The Client Has A Two-Time Extension Option. You Can Extend The Term Of The Contract By One Year, I.E. In This Respect, All Required Services, In Particular The Required Construction Services, Must Be Provided In Accordance With The (Partial) Functional Service Description, From Project Planning And Planning To Installation, Commissioning And Operation Including Support And Service. In This Context, The Contractor Or A Subcontractor Appointed By Him Must Also Provide The “Reminder & Debt Collection” Services Defined In The (Partial) Functional Service Description.
