Governorates Covered by the Service: The service will cover the following governorates: Taiz, Ibb, Dhamar, Al-Dhalea, Sanaa, Al-Mahwit, Al-Hodeidah, Sadah, Hajjah, Amran, Al-Jawf. Tamdeen Youth Foundation is a non-profit organization established on May 25, 2013, licensed under No. 312 by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Yemen. The Foundation provides community development, civic education, and capacity-building programs. It implements effective emergency interventions and maintains strategic partnerships with numerous international, regional, and local organizations. Submission of bids: Bids must be submitted to Tamdeen Youth Foundation office, located in Sanaa-Faj Attan, Next to UN Compound, Procurement Department, no later than Monday, 13 April 2026, before 11:30 AM Yemen Time. Only tenders submitted in prescribed form and deadlines will be considered. The general instructions of the tender are attached with the tender package and it should be read before initiating the offer. Terms and requirements: · The bid must be submitted using the attached forms and annexes, bids that do not match the attached form will be disqualified. · All Bid forms and documents related to this tender must be stamped by the supplier, any bid that does not comply with this will be excluded. · All documents must be filled in with the required data, and any bidder who does not comply with this will be excluded. · Pricing must be done in US dollar, any bid submitted in another currency will be rejected. · The submitted prices must remain valid for a period of not less than one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of bid opening. · TYF will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to TYF. Legal eligibility criteria (Mandatory): All suppliers intending to participate in this tender are required to submit all the legal documents listed below, these documents must be issued by the relevant authorized authorities and must be valid at the time of bid submission. 1. Must provide Valid Business Registration card. 2. Must provide Valid Tax card. 3. Must provide Valid Zakat Card 4. Must Provide valid license of Business Practice 5. An unconditional and irrevocable initial bank guarantee letter, or certified check amounting to (4,000) four thousand US dollars, shall be submitted, valid for (90) ninety days from the date of opening the envelopes. 6. Vendors Non-inclusion into the UN, UNSG and WB Sanctions/ineligibility lists. Offerors who do not submit these documents will be disqualified from any technical or financial evaluation.
