Tenders are invited for ESA Business Applications Ambassador Germany 2026 to 2030 - Expro+ The ESA Business Applications Ambassador shall: - raise awareness of the potential of space-based data and information and technologies to drive innovation in non-space domains;- recruit, mobilise, and support companies and relevant space and non-space networks that would be in the best position to benefit from ESA funding through BASS;- provide high-quality business consultancy to companies submitting proposals to BASS, in close collaboration with the TO; Quantitively this is:- 24 Activity Pitch Questionnaires (APQs) to the Call for Proposals in Downstream Applications (approximately six per year) with at least 15 of them being either successful or selected for discussion/clarification. - 32 company responses to the thematic calls or competitive tenders (approximately eight per year)- collaborate with the ESA Commercialisation Network (ex: ESA BIC, ESA Technology Broker and ESA Phi-Lab) primarily inGermany and exceptionally in other Participating States;- In order to excel in this role the Contractor shall possess and activelymaintain the relevant expertise in all aspects of successful business development and innovation management as well as be able to assist industry in areas including, but not limited to, business coaching, access to funding, and opportunities for relevant networking.
