Tenders are invited for Patient-Reported Indicator Surveys (PaRIS) Cycle 2 This call for tenders is divided into four (4) lots: Lot 1: Translation of the PaRIS patient and primary care practice questionnaires. Lot 2: Development work related to survey tools as well as survey guidelines, manuals, and training materials for the execution of the Field Trial and Main Survey. This lot also involves country implementation support, including technical support in the development of country roadmaps, sampling, recruitment, and data collection, including technical support to countries that opted for decentralised data collection. This part also includes support for ethical review processes, where applicable. Lot 3: Managing data collection by providing a centralised platform, data processing, and cleaning. Lot 4: Data protection and security support. Candidates can apply for one or several lots. Candidates responding to multiple lots shall demonstrate the added value of their proposals, e.g., demonstrate technical advantage from expertise across lots, better value for money due to discounts applicable based on the volume of business. The deadline for submission of offers is Friday, April 24th, 2026, 04:00 PM (Paris time).
