The Assignment Will Provide A Knowledge Overview Of Research Into The Intention And Legal Framework, Content And Effect Of Community Punishment. Based On Recognized Procedures And Methods For Systematic Knowledge Overviews Or Meta-Studies, The Project Will Prepare A Systematic Overview Of Existing Research In Norway On Community Punishment And On Corresponding Forms Of Punishment In The Nordic Countries, Possibly Other Comparable Countries. The Knowledge Overview Will Also Systematize Research Results That Shed Light On Coincidences And Differences In Content And Outcomes For Community Punishment Versus Other Forms Of Punishment Such As Youth Punishment And Drug Programs With Court Control, Including Knowledge Of The Different Areas Of Action Of The Reactions. The Survey Will Provide A Structured Overview Of What We Know And Do Not Know, But Which Are Nevertheless Central Issues In This Field. The Knowledge Overview Must Provide A Good Basis For Later Evaluation Of The Community Penalty. The Project Must Be Completed With A Final Report By The End Of October 2026. Estimated Value For The Acquisition Is Nok 500,000 Excl. Vat All Expenses Excluding Vat. Must Be Covered Within The Project Framework.
