Summary: Invest-Nl Is Launching A European Public Tender For The Selection And Contracting Of A Supplier Of A Collaboration Platform (Saas Solution) To Support The Development, Management And Publication Of The Annual Report. The Assignment Includes: • Delivering A User-Friendly And Secure Software Platform; • The Implementation And Configuration Of The Platform; • Onboarding And Training Of Users; • Support During The Annual Report Process; • Support Of Digital Reporting Standards, Including Ixbrl/Sbr (If Applicable). The Aim Of The Tender Is To Reach An Agreement With One Contractor Who Offers A Reliable, Efficient And Future-Proof Solution, With Which Invest-Nl Can Optimize And Professionalize Its Annual Report Process. The Agreement Is Entered Into For An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years, With The Option Of Extension Of A Maximum Of Two (2) Times One (1) Year. The Contract Is Awarded On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio (Bpkv), Where Both Quality And Price Are Assessed.
