The Scope Includes Work Exploration Processes That Meet The Requirements As Included In The Program Of Requirements (Appendix 8) And Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Service Model Drawn Up By Senzer (Appendix 3). This Means That Tenderers Are Expected To Offer Work Placements Where, In Accordance With The Methodology Described In The Program Of Requirements, Work Is Done On The Objective Of Guidance/Support Within Work Exploration As Described In Paragraph 2.3. The Job Seekers Are Supervised By A Professional Who Acts In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Schedule Of Requirements For Implementation.
