The Transport And Storage Of The Goods Must Take Place In Such A Way That The Goods Remain In Optimal Condition. Given The Confidential Nature Of The Agreement(S) And The Secrecy Regarding The Contractors And Their Storage Location(S), No Announcement Of An Awarded Contract Will Be Published. The Core Of The Assignment Involves Storing The Seized And Retained Goods. The Contractors Must Take Care Of The Transport, Storage And Removal Of The Goods And Provide Cooperation If The Client Orders The Destruction, Sale Or Return Of The Goods. The Destruction Of Smaller Batches Of Goods Falls Within The Scope Of The Assignment, With The Exception Of Goods Classified As Hazardous Waste. In The Context Of This Tender, This Means In Any Case That The Vapes (Lot 3) May Not Be Destroyed By The Contractor.
