Ks Wants An Offer For An Investigation/Research Project Which Will Provide New Knowledge About What Motivates Young People To Apply For Health Care Professions And What Motivates/Influences Primary School Pupils On Health Care Professions To Apply For Apprenticeships. Furthermore, The Project Will Explore How Municipalities And County Councils Can Work Strategically To Recruit More Young People To Become Healthcare Workers. Finally, An Assessment Of How Jobbvinner Can Assist The Municipality And The County Councils In Their Work To Recruit More Young People To Become Healthcare Workers Is Desired.
