The EM shall be submitted with the Financial Proposal and EPADS and is refundable as per rules.2.All bidders must clearly specify applicable taxes separately in their quotations.3.The transporter shall be responsible for loading and unloading at both locations, including provision of a heavy-duty crane.4.The transporter shall bear all toll taxes, route permit fees, and transit charges throughout the journey.5.The transporter shall ensure safe and secure transportation of the vehicles.6.The vehicles shall not be driven on road under any circumstances.7.Bidders must indicate the mobilization time required to position the trailer at BKI Airport, Peshawar, after receiving intimation from the authorized PIA officer.8.Payment will be made within 30 days after completion of services and submission of invoice. Applicable income tax shall be deducted at source as per FBR regulations.9.The quotation must remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission.10.The vehicles must be transported only on a Low-Bed Trailer
