The Subject Of The Order - Described In Annexes No. 5 And 6 To The Swz - Includes, Among Others: 1) Demolition, Removal And Disposal Of Fragments Of Existing Fences, 2) Demolition, Removal And Disposal Of Remaining Concrete, Steel And Stone Elements Such As Remains Of Small Architecture, Concrete Slabs, Etc., 3) Tidying Up The Existing Greenery, Felling, Sanitary And Maintenance Cuts, Removal And Disposal, 4) Geodetic Marking Out Elements,5) Execution Of Earthworks Including The Removal Of Garbage And Debris, If Necessary,6) Construction Of Pedestrian Routes And Surfaces,7) Construction Of A Playground With A Fence, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment,8) Performance Of Works Related To Planting And Maintaining Greenery,9) Construction Of Lighting Along With Connection And Electrical Installation - In Accordance With Pw Ie,10) Construction And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, I.E. Benches, Garbage Bins Etc.,11) Construction And Assembly Of Pergolas,12) Performance Of All Necessary Construction Works To Ensure Proper Connection Of The Constructed And Renovated Surfaces With Existing Surfaces Not Subject To Replacement Or Renovation (E.G. Plot Boundaries) And All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Rebuilt Communication System, 13) Tidying Up The Construction Site After Completing All Activities Related To The Investment.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged - At His Own Expense And Within His Own Scope - Also To, Among Others: To: 1) Provide Technical Supervision Over The Task Being Carried Out, 2) Provide Full Geodetic And Cartographic Cartographic Services (Geodetic And Cartographic Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Issued By The City Surveyors Office. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Geodetic Service Of The Task And Prepare As-Built Geodetic Documentation In Accordance With The Applicable Technical Conditions For Conducting Geodetic Works - Regarding The Establishment Of The Gesut And Bdot 500 Database In The City Of Szczecin In 2016 And Maintaining Part Of The Digital System Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In The Sip Geo-Info System 7),3) Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Along With The Development Of Documentation (Including A Traffic Organization Project) And The Necessary Arrangements And Occupation Of The Road Lane, Including Charged Fees, Markings And Restoration Of The Original Marking, If Necessary,4) Securing Existing Networks And Facilities In The Area Of Works Being Carried Out And Cooperation With The Owners Of The Networks And Facilities (I.E. Netia S.A., Zakład Wodociągów I Kanalizacja Sp. Z O. O.), If Necessary, 5) Proper Fencing And Security Of The Construction Site, 6) Maintaining Order When Leaving The Construction Site To Public Roads And Within The Area Of Works Being Carried Out, 7) Organizing The Construction Site And Social Facilities Along With Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition
