Tenders Are Invited For Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Building With Installations After A Fire, I.E. The Hall Of The Waste Management Plant In Hajnówka Along With The Necessary Fire Protection Design Documentation
The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Demolition Of Part Of The Waste Sorting Hall, Which Was Destroyed By Fire, And The Execution Of Construction Works Restoring The Technical Condition Before The Fire. The Renovation Is Aimed At Restoring The Building To Its Pre-Fire Condition, I.E. Restoring The Building In Accordance With The Original Construction Design. The Area Of The Hall Requiring Renovation Is Shown In The Drawing The Ground Floor Route With The Marked Area Of The Hall After The Fire Intended For Renovation1) During The Renovation Of The Hall Building, The Following Are Planned: - Works Related To The Development And Security Of The Construction Site; - Demolition Works; - Cleaning Works; - Roofing Works; - Works Related To The Installation Of Joinery; - Internal And External Finishing Works; - Internal And External Installation Works.2) To The Contractors Tasks Also Include: - Developing Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Fire Alarm System In The Scope Of Additional Security Of The Spaces, Indicated By The Employers Representatives During The On-Site Visit, And Implementing The Above-Mentioned Project; - Developing Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Hydrant Installation, Consisting In Additional Protection With Sprinklers Of The Spaces Indicated By The Employers Representative During The On-Site Visit, And Implementing The Above-Mentioned Project; - Developing An Executive Design For Additional Security With Thermal Imaging Cameras, With The Possibility Of Alarming Given Temperature Criterion (Including A Recorder, Two Live Viewing Stations And The Necessary Infrastructure And Devices), Spaces Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative During The On-Site Visit And Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Project; - Arrangements With The Fire Protection Expert Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.3) The Ordering Party Also Requires The Reconstruction Of Fire Protection Systems And Their Modernization.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Documentation Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz: A) Design And Construction Documentation; B) Bill Of Quantities; And C) Contract Template - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For Calculating The Offer Price And Is An Estimate In Terms Of The Given Quantities Of Expected Works For The Valuation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. 5) Due To The Fact That The Construction Works In Question Will Be Carried Out In An Active Waste Processing Facility (Production And Production And Storage), Work That Is Burdensome For Users And Work Outside The Facilitys Opening Hours Should Be Agreed With The Facility Administrator.
