The Task Should Include The Construction Of: A) A Running Track; B) A Long Jump; C) A Multi-Purpose Sports Field; D) A Volleyball Court; E) A Badminton Court; F) Deckchairs; G) A Rope Park; H) A Ninja Warrior Track; I) A Grandstand; J) Outdoor Gym Equipment; K) Planting Greenery.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) 1St Subject Of Acceptance: Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Final Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Works Along With Obtaining A Building Permit. 2) 2Nd Subject Of Acceptance: Comprehensive Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Approved Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The 1St Subject Of Acceptance. 3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order And During The Period Of Warranty And Guarantee Granted By The Contractor For The Completed Construction Works. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Program Functional And Utility, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
