Łąkowa Up To The Height Of The Property Of Primary School No. 3 In Lubartów On Plots No. 21/1, 21/2, 22/7, 22/6, 24/10, 19/7 And 19/11, Precinct 11 Łąkowa, Over A Length Of Approx. 210 M, Including: − Road Surface Made Of Paving Stones. 8 Cm; − Road Width 5 M; − Design Of A One-Sided Pedestrian And Bicycle Route; − Design Of A Storm Sewer On The Section From Ul. Łąkowa To Ul. Rumiankowa, Including The Construction Of Storm Sewer Extensions And The Construction Of Drainage Of The Following Streets: Rumiankowa, Chabrowa, Makowa; − Preparation Of Applications, Materials And Performance Of Activities Related To The Acquisition Of Real Estate For Road Purposes Pursuant To The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 311); − Obtaining Analyses, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Obtain A Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment; − Preparing Applications With Attachments And Obtaining A Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment; − Obtaining Consents In The Form Of A Contract Or For Entering Third-Party Properties Related To The Implementation Of The Investment; − Separating The Necessary Plots For The Planned Road From Plots No. 21/2, 22/7, Part Of Plot No. 20/2 Rev. 11 Łąkowa; − Development Of A Traffic Organization Design.2) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop A Map For Design Purposes; B) Develop A Construction And Executive Design; C) Develop A Design For The Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks, Resulting From The Conditions Obtained By The Contractor From Network Managers; D) Develop A Permanent Traffic Organization Design (If Necessary); E) Obtain Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary To Report The Works Or To Issue A Decision On A Construction Permit And Approve The Traffic Organization Design With The Road Traffic Management Authority; F) Designing A Method Of Stormwater Drainage; G) Obtaining An Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Technological Canal; H) Submitting An Application To The District Office In Lubartów For Notification Of Works Or Issuing A Construction Permit; I) Obtaining A Declaration Of No Objection To The Notification Or Construction Permit At The District Office In Lubartów; J) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; K) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates; L) Developing Bioz Information; M) Developing And Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Concept Of Construction/Reconstruction Of The Task (The Contractor May Start Developing The Project After Obtaining Written Agreement On The Concept By The Ordering Party); N) Carrying Out A Site Visit To T
