The Scope Of The Planned Services Includes: 1) Training On The Autism Spectrum For The Staff Of The Foster Care Department. Organization And Conduct Of Training On The Autism Spectrum For The Dpz Staff. Number Of Participants: 7 People, 3 Training Days, 8 Hours A Day, Total Of 24 Training Hours, Training Carried Out Stationary In Łomża, Training Carried Out On Working Days, Excluding Weekends, The Contractor Will Provide: A Trainer/Trainers With Experience In The Field Of Autism Spectrum, A Room Training, Training Materials, Lunch For Each Participant On Each Day Of The Training, Refreshments, Certificates Of Participation. Minimum Thematic Scope: Characteristics Of The Autism Spectrum, Functioning Of Children And Adolescents On The Spectrum, Communication And Building Relationships, Difficult Behaviors, Ways Of Supporting A Child In A Care And Educational Environment.2) Further Training To Improve Parenting Competences. Organization And Conduct Of A Series Of Training Courses To Improve Parenting Competences. Number Of Participants: 25 People, 4 Meetings, 3 Groups, 3 Hours Each Meeting For Each Group, A Total Of 36 Training Hours. Classes Should Be Held In Shorter Time Blocks, I.E. 2-3 Hours, Due To The Family Situation Of The Participants And Caring For Small Children. The Contractor Will Provide: A Trainer/Trainers, A Training Room, Teaching Materials, Refreshments. Minimum Thematic Scope: Parenting Competences, Communication With The Child, Building Relationships, Supporting The Childs Emotional Development, Responding To Difficult Behavior. 3) Running A Family Support Group Foster Carers Number Of Participants: 15 Foster Carers 8 Meetings 3 Hours Each Meeting In Total 24 Hours The Contractor Will Provide: A Meeting Leader, A Room, Refreshments. Support For Participants, Exchange Of Experiences, Counteracting Burnout And Strengthening Caring And Educational Competences. 4) Conducting Supervision For People Acting As Professional, Non-Professional And Related Foster Families Number Of Participants: 8 Foster Carers 6 Meetings 3 Hours Each Meeting In Total 18 Hoursthe Contractor Will Provide: A Person Conducting Supervision, A Room, Refreshments. Requirements For The Supervisor The Person Conducting The Supervision Should Have Education And Experience Adequate To Carry Out Supervision, In Particular In The Area Of Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychotherapy, Social Work Or Related Fields.
