The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Adaptation Works Of Rooms For The Implementation Of Tasks Under The Project Entitled: Social Services Center In The Przerośl Commune, Consisting In Adapting Them To The Needs Of The Day Support Facility And The Healthy Living Club,2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Podlaskie 2021-2027 Program.3. The Scope Of The Expected Works Includes In Particular: A) General Construction Works On The Ground Floor And Basement Of The Building, B) Renovation Works Of The Basement Entrance, C) Execution Of Electrical Installations (Lighting, Plug Sockets, Toilet Call System), D) Internal Installation. Cold And Hot Water, E) Internal Installation. Sanitary Sewage System,F) Installation Of Sanitary Equipment,G) Central Heating Installation,H) Mechanical Ventilation Installation4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In The Design Documentation - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Performed To The Extent And Quantity Specified In The Bill Of Quantities (General Construction Bill Of Quantities, Electrical Installations, Internal Sanitary And Ventilation Installations) In The Manner Described In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Provisions Of The Swz And Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Swz Shall Prevail. 5. Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works: Minimum 36 Months, 6. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Design Documentation.7. Accessibility Requirements For Disabled People [Art. 100 Section 1] Were Specified In The Design Documentation.8. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Care For The Natural Environment, Among Others By: Eliminating The Use Of Single-Use Items Made Of Plastics, Abandoning The Use Of Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Using Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling In The Execution Of The Contract, Etc.
