1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Recreational Development Of The Area Including The Construction Of A Gazebo At The Mlks Polan Żabno Club On The Plot No. 1243/4 In Żabno.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Demolition Works Of Existing Surfaces Along With Land Development B) Foundations C) Shed Structure D) Covering And Guttering E) Square Made Of Cobblestones And Concrete Slabs F) Reconstruction Of The External Section Of The Sanitary Sewage Systemg) Water Installationh) Electrical Installation Of The Shelter3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In:  Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 4 To Swz,  Design Documentation - Annex No. 5 To Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To Swz,  Designed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 7 To Swz4) In The Draft Provisions Contractual Agreements, The Principle Of Lump Sum Remuneration Has Been Adopted, So The Bill Of Quantities Included In The Order Documentation Is Also Intended To Enable The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of The Works.5) The Ordering Party Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Execution Of The Order As A Lump Sum Price, Which Includes The Execution Of All Elements Of The Order That Are The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Order Documents, Including The Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer.6) The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit An Offer Cost Estimate Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor.
