The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Workshops On Monitoring, Evaluation And Updating Of Gpr As Well As Specialist Training For Municipalities In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Titled Revitalization Regions Edition 3.0, In Accordance With Contract No. Dpt/Bdg-Ii/Ptfe/18/24 Concluded On April 16, 2024, As Amended. Amended, Between The State Treasury - Minister Of Funds And Regional Policy And The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Project Is Financed By The European Union, The European Regional Development Fund Under The Technical Assistance For European Funds 2021 - 2027 Program And From The State Budget. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Six Blocks: 1. Workshop (Two-Day) Entitled: Monitoring, Evaluation And Updating Of The Municipal Revitalization Program - Block No. 12. Workshop (Two-Day) Entitled Monitoring, Evaluation And Updating Of The Municipal Revitalization Program - Block No. 23. Workshop (Two-Day) Entitled Monitoring, Evaluation And Updating Of The Municipal Revitalization Program - Block No. 34. Specialized Training (One-Day) Entitled Revitalization In The Spatial Planning System - Connections Between The Municipal Revitalization Program And The Municipalitys Planning Documents - Block No. 45. Specialized Training (One-Day) Entitled Housing In The Revitalization Process - Tools Of The Revitalization Act In The Practice Of Local Government Units - Block No. 56. Specialized Training (One-Day) Entitled Possibilities Of Financing Revitalization - Sources, Instruments And Practical Aspects For Local Government Units In Online Form - Block No. The Contractor Will Present The Proposed Dates To The Ordering Party Within 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than 14 Calendar Days Before The Date Of The First Workshop/Training. Immediately After Receiving The Proposal, The Ordering Party Will Accept The Deadlines In Writing Or Submit Comments. The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Comments Within 2 Business Days Or Justify The Inability To Take Them Into Account. If The Ordering Party Does Not Accept The Indicated Dates, The Contractor Will Present Alternative Dates For Workshops/Trainings. Workshops And Training Cannot Be Held On The Same Date.
