The Subject Of The Investment Is: 1. Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Existing Playground Belonging To The Public Nursery In Szerzyny, Located At 38-246 Szerzyny 690, Entered Into The Register Of Nurseries And Childrens Clubs On September 1, 2023. The Playground Must Be Constructed In Accordance With The Pn-En 1176 Or 1177.1.1 Standard. The Task Is Co-Financed By A Targeted Subsidy From The Labor Fund Under The Ministrys Active Playgrounds 2026 Program Implemented By The Ministry Of Family, Labor And Social Policy. The Aim Of The Task Is To Improve The Quality Of Care For Children Up To 3 Years Of Age Provided By The Public Nursery In Szerzyny By Improving The Conditions Of Childrens Stay In This Institution During Outdoor Play. The Task Should Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Attached Project Documentation, Which Details The Required Requirements. Land Development, Playground Equipment, Surfaces And Teaching Aids - Toys. The Delivered Toys Must Meet Safety And Hygiene Requirements And Have The Ce Marking. Appropriate Writing Must Be Included On The Toy Or The Information Provided With It. Expenditures On The Purchase Of Equipment Not Related To Land Must Constitute Up To 10% Of The Total Costs Of The Entire Task - But Not More Than Pln 30,000.2. Obtaining The Final Inspection Certificate By The Contractor (The So-Called Post-Assembly Inspection Of The Playground After The Creation Of The Playground And Surface) From An Independent, Specialized, External Playground Inspection Unit That Was Not The Contractor, Was Not Involved In The Installation Of Equipment, Devices, Materials And Plants Used To Develop The Playground Area As Part Of The Task, And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Works And Related Expenses. The Ordering Party Must Accept The Specialist Selected By The Contractor Who Will Inspect The Playground/Certifying Body. This Specialist Should Have Knowledge And Experience In The Field Of Playground Safety, Including The Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Devices, Safety Zones And Surfaces.3. The Contractor Should Select A Certification Body In Such A Way That It Participates In The Entire Investment Process, I.E. From The Moment Of Selecting Materials/Equipment For The Implementation Of The Task (Presenting Them For Acceptance By The Ordering Party) Until The Moment Of Issuing A Certificate. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Risk Of Selecting Materials/Devices To Perform The Task In Terms Of Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 Or 1177.4 Standards. After Completing The Entire Investment, I.E.
