1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of An Urban Promotional Zone Intended For Use At Events Organized, Co-Organized Or Supported By The City Of Poznań. 2) The Ordering Party Requires A Comprehensive Arrangement Of The Urban Promotional Zone, The Main Element Of Which Will Be The Large-Format City Board Game Poznań Na Szaga (The Rules Of The Game, Pawn Designs And The Graphic Design Of The Board Are Annexes No. 2, 3 And 4 To The Template Contracts). The Ordering Party Specifies The Following General Assumptions Of The Urban Promotional Zone: A) Total Area Of The Urban Promotional Zone: 30 M2; B) The Basis For Arranging The Urban Promotional Zone Is The Graphic Design Of The Board - Annex No. 4 To The Contract Template; C) The Urban Promotional Zone As A Whole, As Well As All Its Elements, Will Be Used Both Inside And Outside Buildings, Including In Open Space; D) Modularity Of The Urban Promotional Zone, I.E. A Large-Format Urban Board Game And The Facilities (Relaxation Zone) Are To Constitute A Whole And Be Coherent In Terms Of Graphics, And At The Same Time Make It Possible To Use Individual Parts Separately (E.G. The Game Board Itself, The Game With The Platform, The Facilities, Parts Of The Facilities); E) Colors Based On The Logo Of The City Of Poznań (The Logo Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To The Swz); F) Accessibility Of The Entire Zone For Persons Referred To In The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs.
