In The Bid Form - In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Unambiguous Data Identifying The Offered Software: The Software Manufacturer And The Name Of The Software. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Data Specifying The Offered Subject Of The Order - In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor. If Necessary And To Clearly Define The Software Offered, Additional Information Is Required, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate It, So So That There Are No Doubts For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Order Is Offered By The Contractor. If, In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Use Additional Solutions (Not Used Standardly), The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer That Such An Additional Solution Is Offered.
