Task No. 1: Delivery Of An X-Ray Device For Scanning Parcels And Luggage1) X-Ray Device For Scanning Parcels And Luggage - 1 Piece. Description Of The Device: 1. General Requirements: 1) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, And Have A Permanently Marked Name, Model, Manufacturer And Year Of Production. 2) The Contractor Must Have The Permit Referred To In Art. 4 Of The Act Of November 29, 2000, Atomic Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 1, As Amended) For The Activities Of Launching And Using Devices Generating Ionizing Radiation In Poland.3) The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions, Including, Among Others: Act Of November 29, 2000, Atomic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1, As Amended) And The Implementing Provision To The Above-Mentioned Act - Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of July 12, 2006 On Detailed Conditions For Safe Work With Sources Of Ionizing Radiation (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 967, As Amended). As Amended).4) The Contractor Must Have A Valid Manufacturers Authorization For The Sale, Delivery, Installation And Service Of X-Ray Devices For Screening Parcels And Luggage.5) The Contractor Will Deliver The Ordered Device To The Ordering Partys Address At His Own Expense, Install And Start It At The Workplace And Carry Out A Dosimetric Inspection Confirmed By The Radiological Protection Inspector.6) The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Prepare The Necessary Documentation In Order To Obtain The Ordering Partys Consent/Permit Referred To In Art. 4 Of The Act Of November 29, 2000, Atomic Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 1, As Amended) To Carry Out Activities Involving The Use Of X-Ray Devices. All Costs Associated With Obtaining The Above-Mentioned Permits Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Documents Must Be Approved By A Radiological Protection Inspector.7) The Device Should Be Issued With Appropriate Warranty Documents By The Contractor At The Time Of Its Transfer To The Ordering Party.8) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Annual Technical And Maintenance Inspections Of The Device - Min. Once A Year.9) The Contractor Will Provide Post-Warranty Service For A Period Of 10 Years From The End Of The Warranty.10) The Delivery Includes Assembly Of The Device In The Indicated Place, Installation And Commissioning, As Well As On-Site Training Of Users And Persons Responsible For The Proper Operation Of The Device.11) The Device Must Be Accompanied By Complete Equipment, Such As: X-Ray Containers (Cuvettes - 4 Pieces), Additional Cables And Other Parts Delivered At The Factory, Software With Licenses On Original Media External Devices Containing: Operating System, Component Drivers, Utility Software, Etc., 12) Laptop For Displaying And Securing The Image After X-Rays Of Packages And Luggage.
