A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Detailed Technical Specifications, • Bills Of Quantities, • Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Works Notification. The Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: • Carry Out Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works; • Ensuring, At Your Own Expense, That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Work In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order; • Execution Of Works Resulting From The Traffic Management Project For The Duration Of Construction, Together With The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Signs And Their Removal After The Completion Of The Works; • Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access To And Access To The Properties Located At Ul. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Order. Dąbrowskiego, Ul.
