1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) Performance Of Surveying Works Necessary To Carry Out The Modernization Of Egib In The Scope Of Data Regarding: A) Land, Including: - Boundaries Of Cadastral Districts, - Cadastral Plots, - Land Uses, Including Their Current Status And Markings In Built-Up And Urbanized Areas, B) Real Estate Owners And Entities In Whose Possession Or Management There Are Lands Of The State Treasury Or Local Government Units, As Well As Entities Which, On The Basis Of Autonomous Possession Of Land For Which, Due To The Lack Of A Land And Mortgage Register, A Collection Of Documents Or Other Documents, Their Owners Cannot Be Determined; 2) Participation In Information Meetings Organized By The Starosty For Owners And Rulers Of Real Estate Located In The Area Covered By Egib Modernization. At Organized Meetings, The Contractor Will Present The Scope Of Modernization Works Being Carried Out And Their Implementation Schedule. 3) Development And Presentation Of A Draft Descriptive And Cartographic Report For Viewing By Interested Parties, Participation In The Consideration Of Comments Submitted To This Project During Its Presentation, And Performance Of Surveying Work Necessary To Introduce Changes To The Draft Descriptive And Cartographic Survey Resulting From The Included Comments; 4) Performance Of Surveying Work Necessary For The Conversion And Updating Of Egib Data; Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of Surveying Works Related To The Modernization Of Egib Are Specified In The Provisions Of Chapter Iv, And Their Territorial Scope And Detailed Scope Are Determined By The Modernization Project Egib, Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Sopz, Prepared For District 0008 Kręgi, Registration Unit 143504_2 Somianka, While The Conditions For Carrying Out Surveying Works Related To The Conversion And Updating Of Egib Data, As Well As The Scope Of These Works, Are Determined By The Provisions Of Chapter Iv Of The Sopz, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2.
