The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because Such A Division In These Proceedings Is Pointless And Would Cause Significant Difficulties And Excessive Costs In The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Products That Are The Subject Of This Order At His Own Expense In Intact Factory Packaging (Boxes) To Building No. 9, Ul. Dębinki 7, 80-952 Gdańsk, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party.6. Delivery Of The Assortment Referred To In Section 1 Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Partial Orders. The Maximum Delivery Time Is 6 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order. The Declared Delivery Date Will Be Scored In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Section. Xx Swz.
