1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Custom-Made Kitchen Furniture Together With The Delivery Of Household Appliances And The Delivery Of Free-Standing Furniture, In Accordance With The Functional And Technical Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And In The Manner Provided For In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of Activities Accompanying The Delivery, Including In Particular: Transport, Bringing, Arrangement, Assembly, Installation, Connection And - If Required By The Functionality Of A Given Element - Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Supplied Equipment. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works In A Way That Ensures Full Readiness For Use Of The Furniture, Devices And Equipment, In Accordance With Their Purpose And Technical Requirements Specified In The Opz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, I.E. Produced No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unused, Undamaged, Not For Exhibition, Not Coming From Exhibitions, Returns Or Warehouse Sales. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Cannot Be Subject To Third Party Rights Or Encumbrances. The Delivered Furniture Must Be Made Of New, High-Quality Materials, Compliant With Applicable Standards, Have The Required Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity, And Their Technical Parameters Must Correspond To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contractors Offer.4. A Custom-Made Kitchen With The Delivery Of Household Appliances And Furniture Will Be Delivered For The Needs Of The Municipal Nursery Located At: Biała Góra 39, Wartkowice Commune. The Ordering Party Requires Coordination Of Assembly With Other Suppliers And The Construction Contractor.
