Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm (C50/30) Along With Profiling And Compaction Of Unimproved Road Surfaces In The City And Commune Of Pisz (Approx. 150 Km)

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm (C50/30) In A Total Estimated Quantity Of 5,000 Tons, Intended For The Ongoing Maintenance And Repair Of Unimproved Roads In The City And Commune Of Pisz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Transport Of Aggregate To The Indicated Sections Of Municipal Roads (The Total Length Of The Roads Covered By The Task Is Approx. 150 Km);2) Spreading The Delivered Material Using A Grader With Appropriate Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes;3) Compacting The Surface With A Vibrating Roller (Min. 8 Tons) To Obtain The Required Mechanical Stabilization Parameters;2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Carrying Out 3 Sieve Analyzes Of The Crushed Aggregate Mixture 0-31.5 Mm (C50/30); 2) In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Supplied Material, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Additional (Maximum Three) Sieve Analyzes For Crushed Aggregate At The Contractors Expense. A Sample Of The Material Will Be Taken From The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party;3) Profiling Of The Surface Of Dirt, Gravel And Speedway Roads In The City And Commune Of Pisz (Approx. 150 Km) Along With Their Compaction;4) Delivery Of A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm (Percentage Of Grains With Crushed And Broken Surfaces - Category C50/30) In An Amount Of 5,000 Tons.5) The Minimum Thickness Of The Aggregate Layer After Compaction Should Be 5 Cm;6) The Ordering Party Will Successively Indicate Individual Sections Of Roads For Renovation In The City And Commune Of Pisz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mobilize The Equipment Within 3 Business Days Of Receiving The Notification From The Ordering Party By E-Mail Or Telephone;7) If Ruts Exceeding 5 Cm Are Formed Within 14 Days From The Date Of Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them At His Own Expense. 3. Profiling Of Dirt, Gravel And Cinder Road Surfaces In The City And Commune Of Pisz Will Consist In: 1) Optimization Of Surface Runoff (Shouldering Of Roadsides): A) Scope: Mechanical Cutting Of Elevated Dirt Roadsides And Turf To A Level Below The Edge Of The Road Surface, B) Goal: Elimination Of Ponding Water (So-Called Gutters) And Allowing Free, Gravitational Drainage Of Rainwater Outside The Body Expensive. Correctly Performed Cutting Must Guarantee The Lack Of Barriers To Water Flowing From The Road. 2) Shaping Of Geometric Parameters (Using A Grader): A) Technology: Mechanical Loosening Of The Existing Surface To The Depth Necessary To Completely Eliminate Ruts And Potholes, And Then Giving The Road A Profile With Transverse Slopes (Roof Or One-Sided) Ranging From 3.0% To 5.0%, B) Accuracy: The Surface After Shaping Must Be Even Without Visible Joints And Narrowings. The Deviation Measured With A 3-Meter Staff At Any Point Cannot Exceed 2 Cm.3) Mechanical Stabilization (Equipment Requirements - Roller): A) Obligatory Requirement: Only A Vibrating Roller With A Static Ma
