Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Lead-Acid Batteries For The Lublin Regional Broadband Network

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 176 Pieces Of Lead-Acid Batteries, Ensuring Appropriate Technical And Environmental Parameters For Devices Operating Inside Overhead Telecommunications Cabinets And Cooperation With The Benning Slimline 2000 Se Rectifier Power Supply System Installed Inside These Cabinets For The Needs Of The Lublin Regional Broadband Network2. The Delivered Products Must Be Compatible With The 48V Power Unit Type Sms6000/3X2000 With The Slimline 2000 Se Rectifier Power System From Benning. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Equipment That Is Brand New, Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards, Covered By A Minimum 48-Month Warranty Period. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Guarantee Are Described In §6 Of Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Agreement.4. The Contractor Declares That The Offered Equipment, On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments, Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or From Sale. 5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Within 90 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement. The Delivery Date Of The Subject Of The Order Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers In This Procedure.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Following Address: Ul. Męczenników Majdanka 74, 20-325 Lublin (Warehouse) From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On Business Days, Monday To Friday. Due To The Location And Construction Of The Warehouse, Which Makes It Impossible For A Truck To Enter The Premises, The Supplier Should Ensure And Unload The Goods Inside The Indicated Warehouse Using A Pallet Truck (Preferably With An Electric Drive), Optionally A Forklift And A Pallet Truck; • Transport, Packing, Securing, Insuring, Unloading And Bringing The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Premises. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Packed In A Way That Prevents It From Being Destroyed, Damaged Or Dirty During Delivery. The Cost Of Transport Is Covered By The Contractor. • Delivery Of Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Necessary To Accept The Subject Of The Order Or To Indicate The Manufacturers Publicly Available Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation. If The User Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Accept Documents In English.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Method Of Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract.
