Tenders Are Invited For Providing Comprehensive Cleaning Services And Ongoing Maintenance Of Properties Occupied By The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture In The Opole Voivodeship

The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Cleaning Service Of Real Estate Occupied By The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture Located In The Province. Opole Province Using Cleaning Products And Consumables Of The Contractor As Well As Devices And Tools Owned By The Contractor, As Well As Ongoing Maintenance Of Some Elements Of The Ordering Partys Real Estate. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Year-Round Maintenance Of Cleanliness Of Internal Areas (Office, Sanitary, Social, Technical And Other Rooms Located In The Buildings) With A Total Area Of 6,610.01 M² In 11 Facilities Occupied By The Ordering Party, 2) Year-Round Maintenance Of Cleanliness Of External Areas With A Total Area 2,971.56 M² Around 5 Buildings Occupied By The Ordering Party, And3) Covered By The Purchase Option Right, 396 Man-Hours Of Ongoing Maintenance Of Some Elements Of The Buildings Occupied By The Ordering Party. A Detailed List Of Internal And External Areas Covered By This Order Is Provided In Annex No. 8A To The Swz (Appendix No. 1A To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract) And Annex No. 8B To The Swz (Appendix No. 1B To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), Respectively. Detailed Data Regarding Individual Buildings Of The Ordering Party Intended To Be Kept Clean By The Contractor Are Included In Annex No. 8C To The Swz (Appendix No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract).
